Shipping policy

Two options at checkout (same for every product):

• Standard (10–25 days): $6.95 on every order.
• Faster (~6–12 days): $12.95 upgrade — quicker lane when available.

We aim to process orders within 1–2 business days. Tracking is sent when the carrier provides a number. Delivery times are estimates — customs and local post can add days. We do not offer 1–3 day delivery from overseas warehouses.

Packaging: Your order arrives safely wrapped for transit — not in a LUMEN-branded box. LUMEN is the store name; the tool in the photos is what you receive.
